習(xí)近平總書(shū)記強(qiáng)調(diào):“要在學(xué)生中弘揚(yáng)勞動(dòng)精神,精神引導(dǎo)學(xué)生崇尚勞動(dòng)、尊重勞動(dòng),懂得勞動(dòng)最光榮、勞動(dòng)最崇高、勞動(dòng)最偉大、勞動(dòng)最美麗的道理,長(zhǎng)大后能夠辛勤勞動(dòng)、誠(chéng)實(shí)勞動(dòng)、創(chuàng)造勞動(dòng)。”糯米粉的清香彌漫,操作臺(tái)泛著柔光,“廚師”們指尖翻飛……這不是五星級(jí)廚房,而是學(xué)校中學(xué)部八年級(jí)的勞動(dòng)課現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。4月27至4月30日,同學(xué)們?cè)诿椎聦W(xué)院智能烹飪教室里,開(kāi)啟了一場(chǎng)傳統(tǒng)美食與勞動(dòng)育人的奇妙碰撞——親手制作湯圓,把甜蜜揉進(jìn)成長(zhǎng)故事里。The aroma of glutinous rice flour filled HW Middle School's smart cooking classroom, where eighth graders immersed in a labor education class from April 27-30. Under professional guidance at Mide Academy, students transformed into young chefs creating tangyuan (sweet rice balls), weaving sweetness into their growth stories.
01成長(zhǎng)藏在一揉一捏間Growth Through Kneading
走進(jìn)敞亮的烹飪教室,智能的蒸烤箱、專業(yè)的和面機(jī)、整潔的操作臺(tái)映入眼簾。課堂上,專業(yè)師傅詳細(xì)講解了湯圓的制作方法和步驟后,同學(xué)們迫不及待地行動(dòng)起來(lái):取糯米粉、添溫水,將它們攪拌均勻,接著反復(fù)揉搓,原本松散的粉末逐漸變成了柔韌的面團(tuán)。揪下小塊面團(tuán),在掌心搓圓、按壓、包餡,再輕輕收口,一個(gè)個(gè)圓潤(rùn)可愛(ài)的湯圓便誕生了。紫薯陷、卡通造型、彩虹湯圓……這是黑暗料理嗎?不,這是少年想象力的具象化。從揉、搓、包到捏,每一個(gè)動(dòng)作都全神貫注,同學(xué)們?cè)诜磸?fù)嘗試中感受著勞動(dòng)的細(xì)致與樂(lè)趣。Equipped with smart ovens and dough mixers, students mastered the craft through precise steps: mixing warm water with flour, kneading resilient dough, then skillfully wrapping fillings. Imagination flourished through purple sweet potato stuffing, cartoon shapes, and rainbow-colored creations. Each kneading and shaping motion honed their focus, revealing the meticulous joy of craftsmanship.
勞動(dòng)過(guò)程中,同學(xué)們遇到面團(tuán)太干開(kāi)裂、餡料溢出等問(wèn)題,大家相互交流、共同摸索解決辦法,裹成糯米粉變“雪球”。當(dāng)一碗碗熱氣騰騰的湯圓出鍋,同學(xué)們品嘗著自己親手制作的美食時(shí),臉上滿是自豪與喜悅。When challenges arose—cracked dough or leaking fillings—students collectively innovated solutions, dusting excess flour like "snowballs." Their persistence culminated in steaming bowls of tangyuan, met with triumphant smiles and the satisfaction of self-made treats.
02勞動(dòng)育人的“甜味延續(xù)”Sweet Lessons in Education
“田級(jí),嘗嘗我親手搓的湯圓!”“余博,快嘗嘗我煮的湯圓,里面有驚喜哦!”同學(xué)們端著碗,來(lái)到了老師的辦公室,紛紛邀請(qǐng)老師品嘗他們勝利的果實(shí)。七八顆圓滾滾的湯圓,軟糯的糯米皮裹著黑芝麻流心,光是看著就讓人幸福。當(dāng)老師們接過(guò)湯圓,暖意不僅在舌尖蔓延,更在心頭流淌。教育的溫度,或許就藏在這樣雙向奔赴的小美好里~為這碗“愛(ài)”的湯圓點(diǎn)贊,也為暖心的師生情打call!"Mr. Tian, try mine!"
